According to the Protocol on the joint selection of Vietnamese-Russian scientific research tasks between the Ministry of Science and Technology, Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated on September 2013 in Moscow, Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation are pleased to invite research institutes, universities, research centers and the scientists ... of Vietnam and the Russian Federation propose the mission of International Joint Research Project in the fields of life science, biotechnology, energy efficiency with nanotechnology ...... and some other areas which are strengths of the Russian Federation.
Duration of project: 3 years
