Cooperation Opportunities with Mitsubishi Rayon Co. LTD, Japan
On behalf of TUAF, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung - TUAF Vice Rector delivered a welcome message to the delegates of Mitsubishi Rayon Co. LTD with the emphasis on TUAF’s expansion of international cooperation in the fields of agriculture, forestry, resource management and environment.
At the meeting, Mr Takayuki Kobayashi gave an introduction to Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Groups and Mitsubishi Rayon Co. LTD. In connection to the activities in Vietnam, he informed that Mitsubishi Rayon Co. LTD is implementing two projects on Membrance Bio Reator (MBR) and the construction of water treatment system at a hospital in Hanoi.
The discussion between two parties focused on the cooperation in livestock wastewater treatment which is a matter of interest to Thai Nguyen Province. Mitsubishi Rayon Co. LTD also provided information about its project on livestock wastewater treatment in a cattle farm in Japan funded by Japanese Government. The representatives of two sides agreed to conduct the plan of building the wastewater treatment system for pig breeding farm at TUAF.
