MOA signing ceremony between TUAF and MARD

Thanks to co-operation between TUAF and MARD, a number of joint projects were conducted successfully, for example Aquaculture training center with 46 billion VND of investing capital; Timber plantation program with 8.5 billion VND of investing capital, etc.

In the period of 2015-2020, TUAF-MARD collaboration will focus on: Human resource training for TUAF and capacity building for local staffs; Joint research projects and transfer technology programs such as constructing raw material and processing zone of herbal products, building a combined model of high-quality tea production and eco-tourism; and building materials and procedures in specific agriculture-related areas.

After the discussion, Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien – Rector of TUAF signed the Memorandum of Agreement. The MOA enables two sides boost the cooperation in the fields of mutual concern.
