Application for 2016 - 2017 Academic Year has been officially opened 

Description

Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) is one of the top universities in agriculture and forestry field located in the Northeast of Vietnam. The large campus area, highly qualified teaching staff and modern equipment and infrastructure make TUAF be the selection of more than 14.000 students within Vietnam and in the region. In TUAF, we offer undergraduate courses of Environmental Science & Management (ESM), and Food Technology (FT) which are delivered in English. The course is conducted by TUAF in collaboration with University of California (UC), USA. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are awarded Bachelor degree by TUAF and Certificate by UC. Any student who successfully applies for the course will be arranged to live in the well-equipped dormitory located inside university’s campus. In 2016-2017 Cohort, TUAF is offering special policies for international students. International students are eligible for two types of scholarships:

• Five (05) scholarships: 100% tuition fee waiver and accommodation fee
• 100% accommodation fee and special tuition fee policy for international students (50% reduction ~ USD 700/ academic year)

Eligibility:

Minimum admission requirements to enter the Undergraduate degree program of ESM and FT include:

• Being holder of a high school diploma
• Being interested in Environmental Science and Management/ Food Technology
• Being highly motivated and proactive
• Being willing to live in an intercultural environment
• Being proficient in English or having the willingness to study English

Application documents (Soft copies)

Application (soft copies) are sent through email to the address: lythithuyduong@tuaf.edu.vn (Ms. Duong) before the deadline: June 12th 2016. Hard copies will be required if application is successful.

Application timeline

Application period: April 3rd 2016 – June 12th 2016

Decision release: June 27th 2016

Course Commencement date: August 15th 2016
