TUAF - Quang Nam Province: Cooperation in Technology Transfer

At the meeting, the leaders of Quang Nam People’s Committee informed that agriculture plays a key role in the socio-economic development of Quang Nam and expected to establish strategic partnership with TUAF in the fields of technology transfer. In addition, Quang Nam People’s Committee proposed TUAF to be co-organizer of the Conference on medical plants.

Quang Nam is a province in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. It is bordered by Quang Ngai to the south, the nation of Laos and Kon Tum Province to the west, and the city of Da Nang to the north. Quảng Nam subdivided into 18 district-level sub-divisions: Tây Giang District, Đông Giang District, Nam Giang District, Phước Sơn District, Bắc Trà My District, Nam Trà My District, Hiệp Đức District, Tiên Phước và Nông Sơn District; Tam Kỳ City, Hội An City, Điện Bàn District, Duy Xuyên District, Đại Lộc District, Thăng Bình District, Quế Sơn District, Núi Thành và Phú Ninh District.
