Dear All,
We received information from the Embassy of India in Jakarta that Tamil Nadu Technology Development and Promotion Centre (TNTDPC), Chennai in collaboration with Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) will organsie the Workshop/ Technology Mission on Functional Food which will be held on 6-7 September in Century Park Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. The Workshop will be focused on activities to understand technology strengths & share knowledge between India & ASEAN, explore possibilities of collaborative R&D, technology transfer and open opportunities for new business development with regard to functional food. The participation from ASEAN Member States will be supported by ASEAN-India Science and Technology Development Fund (AISTDF)
In this regard, we would like to request your assistance to nominate 2 experts / scientists from your respective countries by 13 July 2012. We shall provide you with additional information (i.e. invitation letter, air flight and hotel booking arrangements and etc.) once we receive updates from India / Thailand side as the host of the event.
