A groundbreaking ceremony for the new office building

On June 18, 2016, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien – Rector of TUAF, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Nong – TUAF Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Phung - TUAF Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thanh Van – Director of of the Temperate Crop Center in the Northern Mountainous Region and leaders of TUAF functional units took part in the groundbreaking ceremony for a new office building of the Temperate Crop Center in the Northern Mountainous Region at Thanh Cong Commune, Nguyen Binh District, Cao Bang Province.

The new office building will occupy an area of 205m2 in the land area of 19 ha.  And the cost of construction had been estimated at about 1 billion VND. The Temperate Crop Center in the Northern Mountainous Region will serve as a major facility for the research in the area of agriculture and forestry, internship program, and technology transfer.
