Faculty of Resources Management successfully organized field trip for freshmen K48 majoring in Eco-tourism and resources management in Sapa, Bac Ha , Lao Cai Province.

In 2 days (from 24 to 25/09/2016), the faculty successfully held for freshmen a tour in  Sa Pa town and Bac Ha  (Lao Cai) to have practical experience in order to direct them study well in their chosen major.

Departing from 5 am on 24/9 , along the highway Noi Bai - Lao Cai which has been completed and put into use in 2014, to 13h on the same day, the faculty team has been present in Lao Cai City. Here, the team stopped to eat lunch before  continuing the journey to Sapa - a city in mist. During their stay in Sa Pa, the lecturers and the students in turn to visit, explore, learn the famous tourist destinations. The students are very excited about living activities as well as custom of ethnic people (H'Mong, Dao, Giay,) ... They have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the featured products, cultural identity as well such as travel services here. Especially on the first day of the adventure, the lecturers and the students  experienced conquering " the roof of Indochina"  Fansipan with height of 3143m by cable car  and climb more than 600 steps. However, after nearly 1 hour, in the cold weather in Sapa, lecturers and friends already reached  the top of the mountain. In day 2, before the end of the tour, lecturers and students visited Bac Ha market - one of the largest fairs and retains many features of the cultural identity of ethnic minority people in the north mountainous provinces , which sold many kinds of brocade and local products.

The trip is an opportunity for the students to practice, explore, learn about tourist activities in one of the famous tourist destinations of Vietnam, as well as a chance for the students to practice organization work and implement a trip, to serve their jobs after graduation.
