The Project of Anti-Hppro – A Herbal Medicine For Gastric Pain sponsored by the Royal Academy of Engineering for training on technology Commercialization in the United Kingdom

After the success of the startup contest at the university level in 2017 and the top 10 techfest Vietnam, the Anti-Ppro project – Difference from Nature has been honorably appointed by National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC) The Ministry of Science and Technology to participate in the exhibition at Taiwan Innotech Expo in 2018. After returning to the country, the project has made very positive connections with the business partners and established a start-up company named Scitech Science and Technology Joint Stock Company.

Establishing the company is a new improvement of Anti-HPpro. Recognizing the market value and potential of the Anti-HPpro project's economic, social and health contributions, NATEC continues to connect the United Kingdom’s Newton Fund to enable the project of Anti-HPpro to get the fellowship for the commercialization of product.

Anti-HPpro with foreign researchers from 4 Asian Countries

Through hundreds of applications and the 3 selection rounds, the Anti-HPpro project has become one of 14 science and technology projects of Vietnam and also the only startup project of the Northern mountainous region attending the training course of commercialization of research results at the Royal Academy of Engineering in Junuary 2019. The scholarship funded the Anti project to attend this training course in the UK for 14 days and continued to support the project for 6 months in Vietnam after completing the course.

The training attracted the participation of 54 excellent entrepreneurs, innovators and researchers from 4 Asian countries including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Attending the training course, Anti-HPpro had the opportunity to learn business knowledge, management skills, entrepreneurship skills, business model by the leading trainers, experts and mentors from the word leading universities of the United Kingdom such as Oxford and Cambridge. Besides, the representative of Anti-HPpro atttended pitching events in the host country, updating the advanced technology trends in the world. The training also had to Entrepreneur talks and workshops as a fruitful opportunity to get practical experiences from the share of young entrepreneurs in England. More improtantly, participating in the training, Anti-HPpro will benefit from a network of more than 700 researchers and creators of 16 countries around the world as well as being in connection with the UK's startup ecosystem.

At the end of the course, the Royal Academy of Engineering has hosted a pitching session for 4 Asian countries, which is livestreamed all over the world. Anti-HPpro has successfully presented the project in front the board of judges as well as promoted the image of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry internationally.
