At the beginning of the program, Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Ngoan delivered a welcome message to Chiang Mai University Delegation and emphasized that TUAF has been expanding cooperation with partners from Thailand.
At the meeting, the discussion between two sides focused on Chiang Mai University’s graduate scholarships for Vietnamese students especially TUAF students. Scholarship recipients will receive full tuition fee. The applicants must get IELTS score 5.0 or equivalent. If the applicants do not achieve required IELTS score, they will be supported to attend the English Training Course at Chiang Mai University.
In addition, TUAF leader and Chiang Mai University delegation suggested the areas for cooperation such as: Conducting the project/ research on Postharvest Technology and Food Packaging; Inviting the Teaching Staffs of Chiang Mai University to teach the Advanced Program major in Biotechnology and signing Memorandum of Agreement.
