Lao students at TUAF enjoy traditional Bunpimay Festival

At the festival, there were the presences of Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung – Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyen Huu Tho – Director of Research & International Affairs Office, Dr. Duong Van Thao – Vice Director of Research & International Affairs Office, leaders of Animal and Husbandry Faculty, Resource Management Faculty, Environment Faculty, Economic & Rural Development Faculty, Advanced Education Program, the representatives of Mozambican Students, Nigerian Students, Filipino Students, 14 Laos Students at TUAF and the representatives of Laos students from Thai Nguyen University of Education, International School, Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration, Thai Nguyen University of Science, Thai Nguyen University of Information Technology & Communication.

On behalf of TUAF Rector Board, Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung sent the best wishes of happiness, luckiness to all Lao students. He also expressed his high hope that there will be more and more Laos students in particular and international students in general to study at TUAF in the near future.

For the Laos students, Bouafan Inthasone from Faculty of Environment expressed her sincere thanks to TUAF Rector Board, functional units and teaching staffs for their support and gave the best wishes on the occasion of Laos new year.

The ceremony was solemn with many traditional custom such as splashing water, tying the wrists with threads.
