Attending the meeting with Taiwan Green Technology Delegation, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien – Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung – Vice Rector; and the representatives of International Training and Development Center, Office of Research and International Affairs, Faculty of Agronomy, and Life Science Institute.
At the working session, Dr. Nguyen Huu Tho – Director of Research and International Affairs Office gave an introduction to TUAF in terms of mission, structure, academic programs and prioritized research areas. The representatives of 14 Taiwan enterprises also briefly provided the basic information of their companies.
On behalf of TUAF, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien welcomed the Taiwan Green Technology Delegation and expected that two sides will keep contact to discuss the cooperation program in detail in order to apply the advanced technologies of Taiwan enterprises in Vietnam. In addition, Dr. Dien expressed his high hope that TUAF will be the linkage between Vietnam and Taiwan Technology Enterprises.
After the discussion, two parties agreed to further discuss at the events of the link between Science and Technology (S&T) supply and demand.
