The visit of the delegates from the Embassy of Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Hanoi to TUAF

On June 08, 2019, the delegation of The Embassy of Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Hanoi including Mr. Pak Sang Gil  - Interim Representative, Mr.Ryom Myong Nam, Counselor, Mr.Hyon In Chol - Trade Counselor, Mr. Jang Jae Song And Mr. Jong Chol Hak – Staff at the Emsbassy paid a working visit to TUAF.

Attending the meeting with the delegates from The Embassy of Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Hanoi were the presences of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien – Rector, Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung – Vice Rector and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thị Thu Ha – Director of Institute Of Forestry Research and Development.

Speaking at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien welcomed the delegates from The Embassy of Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Hanoi to TUAF and extended his desire for attracting more students from Democratic People's Republic of Korea to study at TUAF and seeking the cooperation in other potential areas such as medical plant production especially the development of Korean ginseng varieties in Vietnam.

On behalf of The Embassy of Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Hanoi, Mr. Pak Sang Gil expressed his sincerely thanks for the hospitality of TUAF and said that he will propose to the government of Democratic People's Republic of Korea on potential areas of collaboration as well as create the linkages between TUAF and agriculture universities at the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
