Cooperation potentials between TUAF and Goettingen University, Germany

Other participants included Mr. Nguyen Huu Tho – Vice Director of Science & International Affairs Office, Mr. Tran Dinh Quang – Vice Dean of Faculty of Biotechnology & Food Technology (FBFT), and Dr. Nguyen Van Duy – Vice Dean of FBFT.

On behalf of TUAF, Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Ngoan extended his warm welcome to Prof. Gerhard Braus and expressed the hope for further cooperation between two universities.

At the meeting, the representative of TUAF gave a brief introduction of TUAF as one of the four Leading National Agriculture Universities in Vietnam, and reviewed the development of FBFT.

The two sides suggested a range of areas with potential for joint project development in order to enhance the cooperation between  TUAF & Goettingen University.

 Prof. Gerhard Braus also delivered a presentation “Coordination of fungal development and secondary metabolism”.
