There were also the presences of Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Ngoan – Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung – Director of International Training & Development Center, Dr. Hoang Thi Bich Thao – Vice Director of International Training & Development Center and Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu – Vice Director of Center for Foreign Language and Applied Informatics.

NTHU is a comprehensive research university offering a full range of degree programs in science, technology, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and management. NTHU ranks as one of top 50 universities in Asia (QS Asian University Rankings 2014).

During the meeting, two sides proposed measures to boost bilateral ties and suggested two universities expand collaboration in the fields with great potential such as: research, faculty & student exchange and undergraduate & graduate scholarships for Vietnamese students….
