On September 08, 2014, Dr. Tran Van Dien – Rector of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture & Forestry (TUAF) met the delegation from Kinki University, Japan led by Prof. Dr. Tsuyoshi Arakawa - Dean of Faculty of Humanity-Oriental Science and Engineering for a meeting on the development of international linkage between Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) and Kinki University (KU).

On June 15, 2014 Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture & Forestry (TUAF) successfully held the commencement exercises. The Master's degrees were awarded to 293 Students – Batch 19(2011-2013).

18th Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture & Forestry
18th Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress was successfully organized by Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture & Forestry (TUAF) on May 24 & 25, 2014. It was an important political forum of the university youth generations to evaluate the results of the implementation of the resolution of the 17th TUAF Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress, and to determine the orientation, tasks and solutions to improve the quality of TUAF youth activities in the next term from 2014 to 2017.
